RENTAL GUIDELINES & "HOUSE RULES"

WE WANT YOUR MOUNTAIN VACATION TO BE AS RELAXING AND CAREFREE AS POSSIBLE, SO PLEASE TAKE TIME TO REVIEW OUR RENTAL POLICIES. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.

RESPONSIBLE PARTY -The person in whose name the property is reserved is responsible for all occupants complying with rules, policies, and procedures.

LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES -Except normal wear and tear, damages to property and its contents are the responsibility of the tenant unless accidental rental damage insurance is purchased.

LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS -Phones are provided at most properties and all local calls are free. Please use a credit card or call collect for any long distance phone calls.

ENTRY - We reserve the right to enter the property during reasonable hours for any purpose connected with the repair, care, or management of the property.

SUBSITUTION - We reserve the right to substitute accommodations if circumstances require.

OWNER'S CLOSET - Any locked areas or closets are the owner's closets and are not included in rental.

CLEANING - Housekeepers provide a general cleaning to each property. Tenants are expected to wash all dishes, comply with trash rules posted on refrigerator, and leave the property in the same condition as found. Any extra cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.

TRASH - During your stay please take trash to county dump sites, unless otherwise stated. ANY bags left at checkout will incur a $10 per bag charge.

WHAT TO BRING - As a convenience to our tenants, linens and towels are provided in ALL our rental properties. There is no additional cost for this service. However, tenant is expected to pay for any damaged or missing linens. Paper goods and cleaning supplies are not provided in our rental properties. Tenant furnishes these items.

PET POLICY - Pets are NOT allowed in some of our vacation rental properties. If you have a pet you wish to bring, please advise us initially. We will make every effort to find a property that allows pets. There is an additional pet fee of $60.00 plus tax.

CANCELLATIONS - If travel protection insurance is no purchased and the reservation is canceled by the tenant, the advance rent will not be refunded unless the property is rebooked for the same period. If the property is rebooked, we will refund your advance rent minus a $100 cancelation fee. If the reservation is canceled by Blowing Rock Resort Rentals and Sales, Inc., agency's sole responsibility shall be to refund tenant's advance rent.
